ALLIANCES
The help board
Post one request, any member fills it. There are two kinds and they behave very differently.
Resource help is a transfer
Ask for Scrap, Fuel, Rations or $ato. Whoever fills it pays out of their own stock and it is theirs no longer. Nothing is printed.
Troop help is a loan
Ask by unit class. The helper's troops come to you, fight for you, and then return to the helper automatically, at full count, whatever happened to them in the meantime. The lender gets a mail when they come home. You cannot re-lend borrowed troops.
This is the point of the loan: a member can arm you for a siege window without giving away an army they still need.
The caps
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Most resource one request may ask for | 10,000 per Command Center level |
| Most $ato one request may ask for | 5,000 per Command Center level |
| Most troops one request may ask for | 100 units per Command Center level |
| Wait between your own requests | 15 minutes |
| How long a request stays on the board | 24 hours |
| How long a troop loan runs | 24 hours |
| Times one member may fill the same member, per day | 3 |
Request sizes scale with your Command Center level. $ato caps at half the resource amount, because $ato is real currency moving between accounts.
The per-pair limit is what stops one account funnelling everything into one main. The whole alliance can still rally around one member, because the limit counts each helper separately.
You can only have one request on the board at a time. Posting a new one replaces the old one and skips the wait.
Thanking
Thank the helper once they fill it. It is a social acknowledgement and moves no currency.
The starter alliance fills for you
If you are in the starter alliance and nobody answers, its leader fills the request itself after a few minutes, within a daily limit. See founding and joining.
